This is a gallon-size container of 50 to 60 Duck Eggs with a net weight of 7 pounds. The eggs were harvested from Pekin Ducks raised in Pennsylvania, just off of the Appalachian Trail. Subsequent to cleaning, the eggs are de-shelled, mixed, and sent off to be pasteurized and frozen under USDA inspection.
There are no additives, flavorings, or seasonings…just whole pasteurized duck eggs.
