All the folks at Good Vittles, delight in the opportunity to converse with our customers.  Providing you with an informative level of customer service is our privilege and passion.

Freshness Guarantee

Fresh products are shipped on the day of harvest.  All of our frozen products are "fresh-frozen", meaning that we put them in a flash freezer immediately after the harvest or cooking process.

Product Availability

We always have access to fresh duck products.  Although rare, there may be times when the demand for our pre-cooked products exceeds our supply.  You will be informed of any delay and should you desire, we will issue a refund immediately.

Order Cancellations or Adjustments

You may cancel or adjust any order prior to it being shipped.....just call us at 610-562-8482 or send us a message through the website.  Once your order is shipped, the sale is final and no refunds will be issued.  If you refuse delivery or interfere with the shipment while in transit, you will be responsible for any additional fees that UPS charges us. 

Refund Policy

Good Vittles has invested in developing an effective cold chain system for product delivery in any weather profile.  If you ordered a frozen product, then we guarantee that it will be delivered frozen within the specified transit time set by United Parcel Service (UPS).  We guarantee that fresh product will arrive with a temperature below 40 degrees F within the specified transit time set by UPS.  In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call us within 24 hours.  Your concern will be handled promptly in one of the following manners:

- Your package did not arrive within the specified time guaranteed by the carrier.  We have no control over UPS logistics and are not responsible for delivery delays caused by UPS.  Do not return the package and keep all packing materials and contents.  We will promptly file an insurance claim with UPS, however, be advised that few insurance claims relating to UPS delays are honored.  During the holiday season between Thanksgiving and New Years, UPS will not guarantee any transit time and will not issue refunds or compensation for spoiled perishable foods due to their delays in shipping. 

- Your package arrived within the specified transit time; you opened the package immediately; and, the contents were spoiled.  Call us within 24 hours and we will refund your payment immediately.  No refund will be issued if the product is spoiled due to a UPS delay.

-Your package arrived within the specified transit time, but you could not continue the cold chain.  When you place your order, you will be sent an email with a carrier tracking number and a link to follow your package through transit.  We carefully design each package to withstand the specified transit time and weather profile.  Once the package arrives at your destination, it is your responsibility to continue the cold chain immediately.  We will not issue a refund if a delivered package is ignored or left in the elements beyond the specified transit time.
