This ancient dish known as Peking Duck dates back to the Ming Dynasty in China when it graced the tables of the Imperial Court.  Now you can enjoy this timeless delight with easy preparation.  Just defrost and heat in the oven for 25 minutes.  A convection oven will crisp the skin nicely or you can ladle hot oil over the duck after heating in a conventional oven.  (Try our golden duck fat or a sesame oil.)  To see more about Roasted Peking Duck, watch the History Channel videos that feature our Pekin Duck.

We only use natural grains with no additives or hormones to bring you a duckling with the perfect ratio of meat to fat.  Too much fat will produce a duck that is greasy.  Too little fat and you'll have meat that is dry and lacking flavor.  Our ducks are raised with the perfect balance.
