Duck Bratwurst- After much anticipation, our charcutier has crafted a skinless and fully-cooked duck bratwurst that can past muster on the grill. Moreover, our Brats are made in Pennsylvania using only 100% All-Natural Pekin Duck meat.
The enticing aroma when grilling over an open flame is only exceeded by the ecstasy of taste. They weigh in at 1/4 pound each and since they are fully-cooked, there is virtually no shrinkage. They stay plump and juicy, without splitting open.
As an appetizer, some of our client restaurants simply defrost our Duck Bratwurst and serve cold with a garnish. Being skinless, they also withstand hours in a steam table.
