Duck Ravioli- We start with our USDA All-Natural Pekin ducklings, using only prime trimmed leg meat for a robust flavor. Then Chef Lucy Levin brings her pure Italian heritage to the table. She handcrafts the meat filling and finishes this gourmet delight with the pasta that made her family famous. These are the large Mezza Luna Ravioli weighing about 1-¼ ounces each uncooked. Cooked, they are about 1.5 ounces each, thus 4 ravioli is a nice portion. Just boil water and cook for 11 minutes or until the ravioli floats. We suggest an Alfredo sauce and our chef has provided an easy recipe in our Paradise Cookbook.
