Our shop borders the Joe Jurgielewicz & Son farm, thus we have access to absolutely fresh duck products on a daily basis. We are the only meat processor in America that allows the chef to determine the day of harvest and shipment directly to his or her kitchen. This localizes our farm to every kitchen in the country.
