We pack all perishable food products in insulated coolers with a wall thickness to accommodate the transit time and ambient temperature profile. Likewise, we use 3 different refrigerants in varying combinations to maintain the desired interior temperature of the cooler.
Tracking information will be emailed to you. This will prepare you to continue the cold chain immediately after the package arrives. We cannot be held responsible for shipments that are spoiled due to packages that are left unattended after delivery to your location.
